FigureList is an action figure news blog and database resource that is intended for the use of adult collector’s that are least 18 years of age or older as required by law.
Children ages 13 or younger are strictly prohibited from using this site.
FigureList is a privately funded website however we generate some revenue through self-maintained paid advertising promotions and through the Amazon Associate program.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn revenue from qualifying purchases when visitors visit Amazon via links such as the “Get this figure” button on FigureList.co.
To build this site, we sourced information regarding to the series, year, figures in each series, stock photography, etc from the following sources:
The vast majority (with a few exceptions) of the stock photos seen on each figure listing were sourced from their respective Amazon listing as well as the estimated value and link to Amazon.com using our affiliate link.
The photography used on our website is Hasbro’s promotional photography for the Marvel Legends figures.
Some figures use photography and video reviews from the action figure community, we do our best to make sure the owner is properly credited and back linked to their respective websites.
By default FigureList does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
FigureList keeps contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes. We DO NOT use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies by creating an account. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

By default FigureList keeps track of basic analytics that tell us where website traffic comes from, the average time users spend on each page, what country the traffic comes from and whether the traffic is from a mobile device or desktop. We CANNOT see what pages individual account visit or do on the site. All data is “lumped” together.
We also use analytics so user can see their stats of their user submitted content as seen in the User Dashboard.
By default FigureList does not share any personal data with anyone.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
By default, FigureList retains all data within its’ servers and website.
