April 8, 2023 at 3:39 amStorm is the obvious highlight of this set. Beautiful design, paint and reasonable articulation and a tub load of accessories make it an excellent investment. The lightning hands look great in some specific backgrounds and this particular Ororro goes satisfyingly well with Black Panther in the display. The specific capes for specific expressions/ head sculpts is very well executed. 9.8/10. Thunderbird on the other hand himself serves as an accessory to the Storm figure as he comes with no accessories of his own! They could have at least added a hatchet or at the very least punching hands. He comes with weapon holding hands which from a distance look fine and can be posed alright but could’ve been better. The paint is well executed for the most part. In my opinion the size of Thunderbird is acceptable but not optimum but its receiving a little too much hate for the height of the neck! Trust me the height of the neck too is not so bad with figure in hand it looks good when posed in certain ‘reflective’ head positions. 8.7/10. A good set overall. I can almost hear Banshee pleading with John “For Pete’s sake laddy get off that plane!!!”

STORM called ‘’TORNADE’’ in France, is a beautiful figurine.
I waited a long time before it was published in this very precise costume.
When she came in and I unpacked her, I scratched my head, wondering how she could stand with such thin legs? After several tests, I understood that the balance of this figurine was made by the orientation of his bust. Once you have succeeded has found the position and the perfect balance, you realize that the design of certain models’s a miracle or a flawless precision.
The positions she can take in the air‘re really very stylish as well. Not only’s it beautiful, but it offers the possibility to change its head, hands and cape. Hair in the wind, it’s brio!
The bright black color for his leather suit, from boots to cape, it’s just perfect.
And Thunderbird 8/10 as a second character (never published), perfect!
The only downside is marketing. I just wanted to have STORM and result I find myself with an additional figurine, certainly very nice, but not necessarily desired and useless to my collection. These pack of 2 characters‘re very beautiful, but they push you to make a double expense with a price that is not more attractive. It’s really bad luck on this one, because all the other versions and they are numerous (more than 7 editions), were edited in individual pack.
(I’m meeting the French-comunity on Ebay to acquire THUNDERBIRD only.)

October 15, 2021 at 2:47 pmThunderbird is basically a freebie, Queen Ororo is one of the best Marvel Legends from every aspect (in her greatest costume design to boot).

September 14, 2021 at 4:11 amThe Storm figure and their accessories are great.
The Thunderbird figure is great, too – but it’s a pity, that we didn’t get any accessiory for this second figure.
